1. Its a great location and the best thing of all is they supply a shuttle bus free of charge to all the theme parks so no need to hire a car.

3. Breakfast is nice and quite reasonably priced but not the cheapest around and unbelievably they charge you around 2 USD each for coffee or tea to accompany the breakfast.

5. my husband and i got there check in and went to the room and we didnt even stayed for five minutes in the hotel room after seeing all the bugs that was there and the way the covers and sheets smell we walk right out and check out, the day after we call them because there was a charge on our credit card even though we didnt stayed there and when we call the had change there name.

6. I spent 3 hours in that lobby placing calls and without power could not see to use a phone book, they wanted to charge me $10 a day for internet usage.

10. they charge for internet use, their bar at the pool was always closed and the manager was very rude when we told her that her employee was a theft because we paid in cash for our room and they charged the credit card again for it (we had used cc as deposit that they require) so instead of calling the employee she stated she would have to wait for him to work again which we had to be on a plane.
