1. The front desk staff was not bad, they refunded me for the nights that I did not stay.

5. Then to top things off when we asked for a refund on our money to go to another hotel we were told it can take up to 60 days for them to process the money back to our account we ended up staying at the motel 6 right around the corner on American Way it was so much better.

9. But I reserved by hotwire ( they give You teh name and ubication of the Hotel after you pay and They don't refund you the money If You cancel it, That's bad but It saved a lot of of money IT'S A RISK HOTWIRE ) and I was terrified for the reviews for a whole month before the stay.
