3. my wife and i stayed from the 20th dec 2011 to the 26th dec 2011 and we were pleased with the improvements, there was now free wifi,free breakfast and free shuttel service to disney( last time we had to pay).

8. We had warm welcome from front of house (take a credit card they will want your detials incase you damage your room - most people dont so its never a problem)The Staff are fantastic, ever so friendly and chatty, tipping 15-20% of your bill is custom, so do reward if you receive good service.
