We booked this hotel for our family holiday becouse it was cheap i really wanted to spend my money in the parks and shopping and not on a luxury hotel,all we wanted was a decent hotel with a clean bed and thats exactly what we got, so first of all i must say this hotel is a 2 star property and doesnt pretend to be anything else, you get what you pay for.

9. By the way there was a spider crawling on one of the beds so my wife requested a different room, in the other room the smell was just as bad but we found no spiders or bugs on our bed, the sheets did have cigarrette burns though.

10. After doing a night at Universal, a cinder block bed would be just as comfortable as any other bed.
