OUR ADVICE: Stay on West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (Hwy192) at Quality Inn or similar (about 10 minutes drive from Imperial Swan & Suites), the hotel is clean and much better value (costs about the same); International Drive ain't all that as a location, when it comes to staying in low cost hotels.

2. 3. All of our rooms were allocated prior to arrival and were of a good standard bearing in mind the cost of each room - yes not 5 star but you cannot expect it at these prices - however all were very clean, comfortable, all had all the amenities that were advertised.

4. The location is ideal, a free shuttle takes you to Disneyland, Universal is walkable although in the heat we did tend to get a taxi on occasion which cost about $6, there`s a big shopping mall across the road, a couple of all night diners within 5 minutes plus a seven eleven 24 hour store.

5. We were out of the hotel most mornings by 8am and didn't return til about 11pm using the hotel transfers to Disney at a low cost.

7. Rooms: For two of us our room was perfect, we had two double beds, air con at no addtional cost, room safe - 1 dollar per day but worth it, clean bathroom, towels and bedding everyday.
