1. On my most recent stay the lobby still looks great but the rooms are in need of renovation and 2 of the 3 towels in my room were filthy with what appeared to have grease or shoe polish on them.

2. After the second night we stayed in the hotel they didn't even clean our room!we were gone the entire day and came back at 10 pm to unmade beds and dirty towels.

3. Another thing that was a little annoying was that they ask us to be 'green' and reuse our towels but there is only one small place to hang a towel up.

5. I wasn't impressed with housekeeping so much though, I had specifically left a note asking the housekeeper to not change the towels (trying to save the environment one towel at a time) but on the fourth night of my stay I asked to have my sheets changed, and she didn't, so I asked again the next day and they still didn't get changed.
