1. Whomever is in charge is doing a great job motivating his or her staff, from the bellhops to the concierge.

8. Yes, it is tacky to charge, but that's not even my beef here, since I know for some odd reason the current trend is for 'prestigious' hotels to charge for internet, whilst lesser 'value' options give you free access.

9. I called and spoke with hotel staff who said she could transfer us to a Harborview at no charge on the 14th floor.

10. We did valet parking for the day, and although we checked out at 10AM, we were allowed to keep our car there without any additional charge till 5pm.
