Its location relative to the harbor area and
downtown
is excellent; several in our group walked toward Little Italy to enjoy some delightful food.

Parking was expensive and the hotel is definatley requires a car, but since the Marriott

Parking cost us $27, but this is a
downtown
city, so not bad when we split the cost.

We were at the epicenter of everything in
downtown
Baltimore so all the restaurants at the harbor, Convention center, Camden Yards and the Aquarium are all within walking distance.

If you are a light sleeper you better hope they didn't put you next to anybody that is a night owl or there is a lot going on
downtown
that night.

I expected more from a Hyatt on the
downtown
waterfront, and after staying at the Renaissance years ago and looking at the outside appearance of the other hotels nearby, I will definitely avoid this dated facility in the future.
