1. I stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Baltimore for a week-long business trip earlier this month and was very impressed with its amenities and great central location.

The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful from the person who checked us in (noticed it was our anniversary and immediately wished us a happy one), the bellboy, Joe who took us and our baggage to our room and explained everything in it, the gentleman in the Regency Club who provided us with all of the amenities as well as the lady and her daughter who helped us with breakfast, the concierge who sent up John Thomas to give us a tour of Picses, and our server at Bistro 300, Willie who offered menu suggestions and was so attentive to our needs.
