1. Typical large conference hotel but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly check in service and service otherwise throughout my stay.

4. The offered web check-in was nice and my room was ready when I arrived at 7:30AM, another huge plus that allowed me to drop my bags off and relax for a few minutes before moving on to an all-day meeting.

7. When I arrived there was a long line to check in and a bellman was helpful in assisting me with the automated check in, which was very speedy.

9. stayed at the HYATT for one night with my husband and 3 kids (7,4 and 2) visiting the aquarium and some other attractions in the area - from the first minute we had a very nice person at the check in , got an upgrade for a nicer view :) - we had to oder a small fridge in our room to keep milk and some juice for the boyzz (and that was for free).
