6. Visa informed me that I'll have to wait for my bill to appear, and then I'll have to manually fill out a form and send it in to dispute the charge (may not seem like a big deal, but I love the ease of doing things online, so this makes me a little cranky).

Saturday night the room was very warm and I spoke with the Manager, Patricia and she was able to issue us a credit toward the bill and called maintenance to have them look at the air conditioning, unfortunately, maintenance did not come and look at it at and at 1:30 a.m. we were still up and very warm.
