3. The hotel had a very nice Concierge Lounge available to qualified guests providing them 24-hour access for beverages and snacks, appetizers in the evening with wine and beer for a fee, and a extensive variety of breakfast food that surpasses any continental breakfast one could want.

My recent stay at the Baltimore Hyatt was (very nearly) everything I would want from a business hotel in a big city: the location was excellent, the view from my 12th-floor room was spectacular, the concierge-level services were quite good, and all staff members I encountered were helpful and cordial in the extreme.

The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful from the person who checked us in (noticed it was our anniversary and immediately wished us a happy one), the bellboy, Joe who took us and our baggage to our room and explained everything in it, the gentleman in the Regency Club who provided us with all of the amenities as well as the lady and her daughter who helped us with breakfast, the concierge who sent up John Thomas to give us a tour of Picses, and our server at Bistro 300, Willie who offered menu suggestions and was so attentive to our needs.
