1. Now the not so nice- our room was never cleaned on our third day and when I requested turn down service so we can get fresh towels, they never came.

4. So many issues with our room primarily in the bathroom (which is the one area that HAS to be clean): 1) toilet was so high powered that it sprayed water out of the toilet2) tissue box on sink was covered in mildew3) shower had more mildew on the floor and corners4) towels smelledThe bedroom was large and comfortable and the view was nice.

5. Another thing that was a little annoying was that they ask us to be 'green' and reuse our towels but there is only one small place to hang a towel up.

I wasn't impressed with housekeeping so much though, I had specifically left a note asking the housekeeper to not change the towels (trying to save the environment one towel at a time) but on the fourth night of my stay I asked to have my sheets changed, and she didn't, so I asked again the next day and they still didn't get changed.
