1. The room and hotel did seem very clean though and I really appreciated my breakfast being comped but as a Hyatt platinum member I expect a little more.

10. The main negative i found was that the restaurant onsite was not really up to scratch (although there are plenty of good options outside the hotel so it is not a massive issue) and that the corridors/rooms could be pretyy noisy at times.
