1. The suite was nice upgrade & looked to be two corner rooms that were made into a two-room suite & had a nice view of the Harbor across the street.

9. The drain in our shower didn't work, so they moved us to another floor, the floor the girl at the desk moved us to happened to contain a Frat reunion, so the manager moved us to a suite, sent champagne and strawberries, gave us free breakfast vouchers and a free movie for our trouble.

10. Also, they inadvertently set up the connecting suite living room for me, even though I did not book that, but then said it's OK, enjoy it when I called the front desk to make sure of my room.
