4. It would seem to be a good idea to have the towel guys make a round of the chairs every hour or so and keep an eye on unused, but reserved, chairs so they could be given to those waiting for a place to sit.

9. Everything was absolutely perfect - from the comfort of the bed - the towels that were very plush - the room was very pleasant - the doorman made it feel as if we were of a higher class - the staff was wonderfully courteous and eager to make our stay the best ever.

10. You get 'towel cards' when you check in, for a limited number of towels that if you leave anywhere you will be charged.
