This was our first stay at HHV and everything was perfect Staff very friendly and helpful ,Housekeeping perfect Tour desk excellent, Food and drinks expensive ,but Wailana Coffee shop excellent alternative [five mins away ] Would recommend highly ,our 3rd visit to Hawaii Only one negative one waiter in bar and bistro on the beach ,very unfriendly didnt really want us there otherwise everything 100%2 very happy aussies.

7. We did meet up with housekeeping in the hallway every morning and they seemed very nice and very hardworking.
