1. The liqour selection wasn't bad at Foodland and prices are decent - some even on sale.

2. But food options and restaurants are hard to find and be prepared to walk or take a taxi or bus to get to a 'normal' grocery store; ABC Stores have most of the essentials but do not have good prices or good choices.

6. The prices at souvenir shops on-grounds were high but we found a couple of small stores that were willing to bargain with us and got some outstanding buys, especially on jewelry, since business was slow.

8. As the holiday wore on we noticed that the island is set up for the large influx of Japanese visitors and all the main shops are staffed by Japenese staff , they do not like it if you browse and ask to look at something but don't end up buying , it was a little cheap being hassled in the hotel shops because I wanted to know a price of an item but was not interested in buying when I was told the hugely inflated price , the contempt in the guy's face was quite something .
"Fab Hotel , nice place , expensive prices " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/18/2008 Vote
9. Food is samey and dear , our party regulary spent $150 + for a burger meal each with a beer and 1 afters , eating at the Hilton was out unless we ate sandwiches so we walked to the Outrigger ( next hotel down ) and had many meals there , spectacular views and nice prices and nice walk .
