1. We had friends over for dinner multiple nights and fit 8 people around the dining table (we brought the four patio chairs in from the balcony).

5. We drove around some of the island 6/13/11 and to check out Polynesian Culture Center, to spend our Wednesday there all day starting at noon, and going till 9pm to do the Ambassador Luau, most expensive but that way we are first in line for the dinner and escorted all over the Center.

9. - Wed/Sun luaus on property: based on guide recces we bussed out to Germaine's luau (well worth it), but we did picnic take-out dinners on the lagoon beach to enjoy the music and show of the hotel luau.

10. Since we had a full kitchen we saved tons by having breakfast on our own balcony and picnic lunches by the lagoon or beach, and could spend more on dinners.
