1. Loved the charm of this hotel, the complimentary food and drink were a great perk and kept us going all day and the Junior suite was a great size.

8. Flash forward 24 hours when we were checking back in to switch rooms, they apologized for the confusion the day before and told us that they were upgrading my husband and I to their very best King Suite with a balcony overlooking Madison Ave.
