1. It is located in Downtown New York near to all the key places (Empire State, Grand Central Terminal, and all the shops such as Macys).

2. We could walk pretty much anywhere, and the Grand Central Train Station was only down the road, which made getting the subway uptown or downtown a breeze (green line).

8. We'd researched for weeks (there are so many to choose from!) and had been recommended to The Gansevoort and The Standard, modern hotels downtown, but decided to go with The Library because of it's location and the rave reviews on Trip Advisor.
