1. Here is a brief run down of my stay:- Lost my reservation- Never followed up to confirm my reservation once I discovered that they lost it- Unable to check availability for a room for a friend that wanted to stay there for one night (How is that not possible?!)- 5 pm desk person took an order for a taxi and didn't tell the night shift person to make the reservation.
