1. When we went back to finally check-in the guy was nice but seemed like he had no clue what he was doing.

3. Part of the package with Perfect Escapes that if available you receive early check in, late check out,welcome gift and complimentary room upgrade which sounded great when i booked the room.

4. The hotel staff were very accomodating(thanks Jorge,Angelo and Ana Maria!) Check-in was quick and easy and when we got to our there was a bowl of fresh fruit, sparkling water and glasses set on the table waiting for us.

5. We had no problems with our very late check-in (6am), and were greeted by a friendly receptionist and very welcoming room.

9. I checked in around 10am only to be told my room would not be ready until 3pm!(this is after I called ahead to guarantee an early check-in) I insisted on speaking to the manager and checking in then and there seeing as I had a meeting to get ready for and had just got off a 4hour flight.
