8. I checked in around 10am only to be told my room would not be ready until 3pm!(this is after I called ahead to guarantee an early check-in) I insisted on speaking to the manager and checking in then and there seeing as I had a meeting to get ready for and had just got off a 4hour flight.

9. After 15 mins of arguing she gave up and called housekeeping and asked them in the most condescending voice to 'Please clean rm 101 right away, I have a guest here who is absolutely insisting that she have her room this minute'(I couldn't believe the attitude I was receiving from a manager!)Any way.
