1. It's not because I didn't think that the food would be great, it's because there's so much within walking distance to check out, I would rather be out and about.

2. 00pm i was advised the latest i could check out was 1.00pm and any later i would incur charges i explained that as part of my package i would receive complimentary late check out and Jose advised this was only applicable if available and if i wanted any later he would need to charge me- if the room isnt available why would it be available if i was willing to pay.

3. Part of the package with Perfect Escapes that if available you receive early check in, late check out,welcome gift and complimentary room upgrade which sounded great when i booked the room.

6. I stayed at The Palms during the week to relax (30th/Collins) and transferred to the 'real' South Beach (between 5th St and 17th St) in the weekend to party, check out restaurants and enjoy the beach.

7. I had to settle for a 1pm check out and then received a call at 12.30 to remind me check out was 1pm.

8. On the day of checkout i asked for a late checkout which is part of the package if available I wanted to check out at 2.30 pm instead of 12.

9. When it was time to check out, I politely told the receptionist about the issue that had occured the previous night and he assured me that I will be refunded.
