3. It's so unfortunate that such a beautiful hotel in a great location is run by multiple (not just one bad experience) persons that have no motivation and are extremely incompetent.

4. Overall, my friends were happy with the hotel's location, but not their room, which was run down; light bulbs were missing from fixtures, a spigot on the bathroom leaked, and the toilet ran constantly.
