Rooms had not been cleaned at 6pm check in, Rooms had no AC middle of Summer, took 5 more hours to move to new rooms with AC, frayed bath towels, missing light bulbs in room, empty kleenex holders in both rooms, mismatched beds in one room, missing night stand in one room, warped flooring, thermostat hanging from wall, and completely skipped room cleaning in one room on second day.
