1. The hotel is very nicely decorated art deco style however carpets bit grubby and sheets clean but bit old.

2. If they painted my room, did a heavy duty steam clean or replaced the carpet and replaced the slip covers on the furniture and furniture pillows as well as the sheets with new ones, this would be four star for sure.

4. Soft like a camping folding bed, bended by age, very thin synthetic sheets, and finally a (unique) pillow that kills your neck -When I woke up the next morning, thanx to next room vibrant flush noises, I decided to make a request at frontdesk for a room change: I didn't like my garage wall so much finally.

5. I had asked for a junior suite which had a separate entrance room with a pull out couch ( I was paying extra for the pull out bed because I brought my sister along with me to enjoy the sun while I worked) The pull out bed wasn't made up and had no sheets, blankets or pillows so on my way to the meeting I stopped by the front desk (now there was a man behind the desk) and asked him for the bed to be made up, he replied 'we'll see' What the [--].

7. Came back around midnight, my husband was getting into bed and there was blood on the sheets, clearly the bed had not been changed- called front desk and spoke with Jose who immediately came to our room removed the sheet and apologised several times also advising that housekeeping were unavailable at this time so couldnt put new bedding on but new bedding would be put on our bed the next day- assuring me the remainder of the bedding the quilt and pillows were clean, the bedding didnt feel clean and felt very grubby i went to bed fully dressed that night.

9. Spent 2 hours on the phone days later trying to track one down- Stained sheets- Just plain worthless people- Don't even try to use the fitness center.
