1. Not the Waldorf Astoria but a nice clean room with a clean comfortable bed, clean sheets, nice LCD television, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and nice bathroom ammenities.

4. Check-in staff really don't care, and there was no manager on duty when we checked in just before 6 p.m. The lobby and grounds are pretty attractive, but when your king bed has only one tiny nightstand and the kitchenette features a dirty old toaster and a few mismatched dishes, you know you've been had.

5. I enjoy sleeping on hard bed, but the bed was even hard for me.

6. Between the king-sized bed and the tv wardrobe, there was barely any available floor space in the bedroom.

7. We found mouse feces in the sofa fold out bed and when housekeeping and maintenance were advised, they stated they had never seen that before.

9. There was a little sitting area separated from the bed, which provided some privacy to the bed area.

10. Our room had the TV off to the side of the bed, and it was not easily viewed from the couch due to a partition between the sitting area and the bed, but this was not a big deal for us.
