1. The night manager was great, very helpful, informative, and even at 2am had a smile.

5. Housekeeping staff has shrunk as well and on my last two stays I did not see even one of the housekeeping managers I had grown to know.

6. Check-in staff really don't care, and there was no manager on duty when we checked in just before 6 p.m. The lobby and grounds are pretty attractive, but when your king bed has only one tiny nightstand and the kitchenette features a dirty old toaster and a few mismatched dishes, you know you've been had.
"Huge DIsappointment -- Tiny Outdated Suite " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/25/2011 Vote
7. Once the restaurant manager stepped in we were able to order and pay for the food required to feed two little girls with no further fuss.
"Lovely hotel, nasty staff a concern " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/21/2011 Vote
8. After a call to Jenny at the reception ( who was not concerned with the fact that we wanted to eat at the hotel restaurant and pay for our children to eat fruit and cereal for breakfast), the manager organized for us to eat at Acapulco's restaurant.
"Lovely hotel, nasty staff a concern " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/21/2011 Vote
9. We were 'assisted' by what I assume was a manager type, given her choice of dress, when we checked in.
"Gotta pay to play even if you stay! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/21/2010 Vote
10. The hotel manager and security (I only saw one guy) had gone to 817 to find out why room keys had been issued when no one was registered and found us in there.
"Go for Location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/10/2009 Vote
