2. ) The hotel has to charge for parking or all of the hundreds of tourists driving around frantically looking for parking places in Old Town would leave no spaces for hotel guests.

3. The hotel is very nice, but, when you do an online reservation and are bringing a pet, the pet friendly rooms are $20 more than comparable rooms, then they charge you another $20 per night for the pet when you check out.
