9. My BF noticed that we had no hot water after starting to take a shower in the morning, and I called the front desk.

10. The only thing that I was a little bit confused was the setting of the shower, the way it drains is kind of messy since it doesn't drain where you shower but outside the curtain by the toilet, so I didn't like that.
