6. When I did check in the second time at night (around 12:30 am) there was a staff member who had a bit of an attitude which was a bit surprising because I was not voicing a complaint, just checking in.

8. Which you have to be careful of, because they don't tell you when you check-in that there is an early departure fee of $75.

9. Paid extra for Bayside but room not available before game started so we took a road side room for the same price (no, they wouldn't adjust the rate due to 'their strict 3 PM check-in.
