7. I booked directly thru the Best Western website and this fee was never mentioned, but when we checked in we were told it was mandatory for all guests.

8. While I expected to pay the additional 12.5% transient occupancy tax for this location adding the additional resort and parking fees increased my total bill by over 25% from the original rate quoted at the time of my reservation.
