3. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious with marble floors, double sinks and a very comfortable bed (which is important, I have been to other hotels where it was like sleeping on a rock).

5. Our room was spacious with a beautiful ocean view (Room 5005 in the Poipu wing, with one king and one queen bed, lovely decor, very quiet).

6. Our king-size bed is great for sleeping in, and the bathroom is enormous and easily used by two at the same time (the toilet is in a separated part of the room, so it can be used without taking up the shower/sinks as well).

The buffet breakfast was something else, probably the best i've ever had and the views from the eating area was greatShipwreck beach is a fun surf spot too, so if you've got your board you'll enjoy falling out of bed and into the surf like I did - thank god for the wind generated swells around winter time.
