7. Resort staff provided excellent service each day; you cannot pass a staff member (housekeeping, pool, restaurant, landscaping, valet etc,) without receiving a pleasant greeting at any time of day.

8. I personally don't mind a resort fee, except the fact that you don't really get anything for it except free SELF parking (valet is extra), two bottles of water, and access to the gym.
