1. When I mentioned this to a front desk manager after trying repeatedly to find activities with our girls, she apologized profusely and sent us a nice snack basket which was way more than I expected.

When you pay that much money to stay in Hyatt you would expect more than Hilton but Hilton had even free Internet and free Managers hour, free drinks and also slide and at Hyatt you had to pay for all the extras wich we though it was a rip off since you have to already pay that much more just to stay there.
