1. The hotel is quite expensive, however once thru hotwire and once via a meeting group rate we were able to get reasonable rates.
"fun in the sun " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/12/2012 Vote
2. The other excellent option that they have available is Green Car Hawaii, in which you rent a car by the hour, very reasonable rates and the easiest thing, you just go to the machine in lobby say when you want it, slide your credit card, then take the ticket to the bellman at the time you wanted and he brings you the car, then when you return just give him the keys.
"Pools are the best. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/27/2012 Vote
3. I would love to return for a future visit- especially if part of a group rate ($200 cheaper per night than our previous stays).
"Love this place! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/16/2012 Vote
4. Our home base was the Marriott Waiohai down the street, however, due to the amazing pools and spa, along with the fantastic group rate I elected to book double lodging for a couple of nights.

5. Coming from NY, I would say the car rental rates were quite reasonable for a resort.
"Great resort -- highly recommended " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/26/2012 Vote
6. Great rates for a very scenic course that isn't too difficult when the wind isn't blowing, but then again the wind blew the entire time we were there.
"Super friendly staff, dated resort " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/9/2012 Vote
7. It feels a bit like booking a hotel rate that offers breakfast and then being charged a 'breakfast fee'.
"Excellent Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/9/2012 Vote
8. We lucked out with a great rate at this resort, and were blown away with the property and the service.
"Heaven in Po'ipu " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/5/2011 Vote
9. Some of these qualities/amenities aren't necessarily required for my enjoyment of a resort, BUT having traveled extensively and staying at some of the best resorts in the world, this is what SHOULD be available in order for a hotel to call themselves 5-star (and charging upwards of $500/night):+ Uh, there's no bathtub - i got a regular room (one-up from the lowest rate), and it was clearly one of the newly refurbed ones, but there was NO BATHTUB.
"3-star resort at 5-star prices - you're paying for the location and that's it " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/5/2011 Vote
10. Very expensive, would probably not stay here unless it was for a special occassion or found a good rate on a discount website.
"Stunning " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/6/2010 Vote
