4. Out trip included breakfast buffet every morning which was good - a lot like an embassy suites breakfast - but if you had to pay full price (about $70/couple), we never would have went.

5. Spacious rooms (unlike Waikiki) and well decorated to suit the locale, beautiful, expansive grounds, newer than Maui (which is getting a little dated), very generous food and drink offerings at their Regency Club, and an absolutely wonderful spa.

8. The room had an unobstructed view of the beach and included a foyer, powder room, living room with large TV, table that seated 4, a lanai that spanned the entire front of the suite and included lovely teak furniture.
