3. Despite having a full hotel for the nights we were going to be there, Theresa took care of us and managed to find a room with a queen bed plus a nice pull out sofa to accommodate all of us.

5. my only hesitation is that the bathroom was a bit unwieldy - the toilet was placed in an awkward position for using the hand basin and mirror for 'girl stuff' - make up, hairdrying etc. My room was quiet and the bed extremely comfortable.

Our elegantly-decorated room on the Executive floor was large, with a very comfortable king-size bed, nice couch and coffee table/ottoman, large flat-screen tv, huge bathroom with great working shower, etc. The staff in the hotel is very friendly, and if you ask for something, they will find it for you.
