As HHonors Silver members we didn't even received complimentary bottles of water, what happened first time to us (but it's important to say that same thing happened again next day in Atlanta) - it's true that we were on reward stay, but that's not excuse, we did receive great welcome and service in another Hilton hotel just day ago.

9. I am a Hilton HHonors Gold member and due to my Hotwire reservation, not entitled to the complimentary continental breakfast, but I mentioned that I was a Gold member, and they kindly granted me access to the Executive floor lounge for breakfast which was greatly appreciated.
