Check-in very efficient, but also pleasant, and as HH Gold received free wifi.

Location is great, but frankly there are many other hotels in the vicinity, and of those that I have stayed in, these others don't have rude staff, will have free wifi (Hilton still deems fit to charge $14 a day for wifi in your room).

It's a great shame that one has to pay for wifi and the gym in such an otherwise fine hotel, hence the marking of average.

Wifi costs quite a lot at this hotel (time it got with the programme IMO) so we didn't get any but there are two free terminals in the foyer area which were generally available and free wifi at the Starbucks across the intersection for uploading photos :).
