1. We were upgraded to a suite with AMEX Platinum - it had a great view but the bathroom was horrible.

4. The staff are great and it's got a hip vibe (great hotel bars, etc), but the room was surprisingly gross (particularly the bathroom, including various stains on the floor, lots of dust, and unexplainable stains on the bathrobe) and it just didn't seem up to par.
