I was impressd by teh friendly, courteous staff, especially the concierge staff who helped with several dinner reservations (a feat since the French Quarter Fest was going on at that time and others from my company were having a great deal of trouble getting reservations to take out our clients!)Each evening as I left the crowded, frenetic exhibit hall at the meeting after 8-9 hours on my feet, I returned to the W to find a cool drink, a great bar and restaurant, and a welcoming atmosphere.
