1. They had to call housekeeping to quickly clean the room but this was a 45-60 minute delay and I ended up missing part of my conference.

3. While we could not hear noises from the neighboring rooms, we could hear every hallway conversation through our entire stay (which, in New Orleans, means you hear a lot of folks going in and out at all hours, as well as the housekeeping staff knocking on doors in the am).
