6. This hotel is very well situated to check out the French Quarter, and it has lots of restaurants in very close proximity - Mother's, Restaurant August are just a couple that we tried (bith excellent).

7. Not sure if this was the W being shady or reckless with accounting, but I was quite angry, ESPECIALLY since it had been 4 days after check out this was charged to my credit card.

8. Nasty, Dirty, The girls checking us in sat there and talked to people for 10 min after the got there keys, Had to switch rooms 3 times, Sink was stopped up and over flowed, They told me I had to check out when I was booked for 2 more days and had a conformation.

10. Beginning with valet parking continuing through check in, bellmen, concierge, security, house keeping and guest services through check out the entire staff I had contact with during my visit were pleasant, helpful, friendly and always professional.
