1. Again, we are well traveled and have very reasonable expectations - we often stay in 2 or 3 star hotels so we really don't expect too much - but toilet paper and clean towels are high on the list.

2. ) There is a really nice gym that includes punching bags, lots of treadmills and ellipticals, weight machines, balance balls and blocks, magazines, holders for iPods, spa towelettes, towels and complimentary headphones to watch the TVs connected to the machines.

3. At the W New Orleans, our room was CLEAN, it had HOT WATER, the TOWELS weren't dirty, the HVAC vents weren't moldy, the windows weren't leaking water and oh, the quiet.

4. We go into the bathroom and there are towels in the sink, not the towls that you use for your face, but a rag looking towel, like the kind they use to wipe down tables in restaurants.

8. And with regards to cleanliness - I do no want to open draws and find rubbish from someone else's stay plus does the W consider cleaning - just making the beds and changing the towels.
