1. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable, with bath amenities by Bliss Spa and the most comfortable bed I have slept in, except for my own.

3. It generally wasn't that clean (and wasn't cleaned very well either) and had a few little issues like the tub not draining properly, not being able to take a bath because of the faucet pressure, etc. Overall it was fine, it just wasn't all I was expecting from my first stay at a W property.

4. Before I list my complaints, to be fair, there were some good things: nice bath amenities (although not all were replaced - a hassle I noticed someone else wrote about as well).
