4. We stayed here for a short stay and found the location to be perfect - walking distance to the quarter, (but you are saved from the rowdy noise of actually being in the middle of the quarter), direct access to the streetcar if you want to go out St.

5. While we could not hear noises from the neighboring rooms, we could hear every hallway conversation through our entire stay (which, in New Orleans, means you hear a lot of folks going in and out at all hours, as well as the housekeeping staff knocking on doors in the am).
