1. The complimentary Acura drive is really nice, they will take you anywhere in a 6 miles radious, as long as you book in advance.

3. ) There is a really nice gym that includes punching bags, lots of treadmills and ellipticals, weight machines, balance balls and blocks, magazines, holders for iPods, spa towelettes, towels and complimentary headphones to watch the TVs connected to the machines.

4. Free shoe shine; complimentary shaving kit when I realized I forgot mine, etc. And at the main bar downstairs, where I thought I'd just have a quick drink with a friend, we stayed for a couple hours talking with Brittany Boudreau behind the bar -- witty, smart, and beautiful.

5. sugar etc.They had a nice supply of complimentary iced water bottles at the door for you to grab on your way in or out - nice ; )Taxi line right outside so no issues getting a ride back to the airport ($33 fixed fee) All in all though I loved my stay at the W and would definitely stay there again.

7. Wireless did not work in the room, and when I called to ask about this, was told that they were carrying out an upgrade that would make this possible, and that there was complimentary wireless to use in the lobby.

8. The complimentary coffee bar in the morning was heaven sent, and the Acura service was perfect since I was able to reserve it to get me wherever I needed to go in town without ever any hassle.
